Sales Policy

Our sales policy remains WHOLESALE ONLY.  We sell only at the wholesale and contractor levels.  Access to this online catalog does not constitute the right to purchase.  All new accounts are subject to review and approval by a proper official of ILLCO, Inc.  All verbal agreements must be confirmed in writing to be binding upon the company.

Quotation

Due to the fluctuating market, we have purposely, eliminated prices in this online catalog.  For firm prices, we will be pleased to issue a quotation upon request, stating terms and f.o.b. point.  All quotations and terms are subject to approval by our credit department.  Any special terms on customers purchase order forms which are in direct contrast to our terms will be accepted only be special consent.

Delivery

Delivery is FREE to anywhere in Northern Illinois, Southern Wisconsin, and Northwest Indiana on orders which total $100.00 or more, not including deposits.  Orders for less than $100.00 will have shipping charges added.

Return Goods

All returned goods are subject to a handling charge to cover the costs incurred in restocking.  Goods must be in new and unused condition in their original packaging.  Returns will not be accepted on goods that show any signs of usage.  If the goods are being returned because of an error on our part, there will not be a handling charge.

Credit Information

Standard terms are net 30 days.  Past due accounts will be placed on “credit hold” (meaning no purchases can be made with credit) and charged a service charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% per annum).

After-Hours Service

ILLCO, Inc. provides emergency after-hours service where the store will be opened after normal business hours.  Customers wishing to use this service must contact their local branch for more information.  All after-hours store openings will be assessed a service charge WHETHER OR NOT ANY MATERIALS ARE PURCHASED.
